Michal_Lukas9
Hello. My 9-year-old cousin chewed up a plastic bottle cap then hid it in my pants the cap made its way inside the washing machine.I was able to wash some blankets afterwards the incident . But I do not know if the washing machine has actually sustained any damage. Is there a way to tell if it was damaged?
Root Admin Whitegoodshelp (Andy) Posted July 20, 2016 Root Admin Report Share Posted July 20, 2016 A plastic bottle cap is unlikely to do any damage. Hopefully it will end up trapped in the pump filter where you can retrieve it. Before using the machine check the pump filter, and check it regularly to see if you can get it out.
