Woolies Posted June 26, 2016 Posted June 26, 2016 Hi all i have beko wm74145w two months old, since yesterday its only showing flashing two dots on display. I have tried switching off and leaving over night but its still showing. Any idea what those two flashing dots means ? thanks
Root Admin Whitegoodshelp Posted June 27, 2016 Root Admin Posted June 27, 2016 Have you ever seen them before? Do they normally show when the door is open and the display proper comes on when the door is closed for example? Need a repair or spare parts? Woolies Posted June 27, 2016 Author Posted June 27, 2016 Hi Andy, Thanks for your reply, its a fairly new machine, i have been using it for two months and I tell you that i have not seen this before ? i have tried all combination i could think of but its not going away. any idea ? Regards
Root Admin Whitegoodshelp Posted June 27, 2016 Root Admin Posted June 27, 2016 I'm not familiar with the machine but to me it looks like something they might do when the door is open. If so, try opening and closing the door firmly and checking the door catch. Obviously the door isn't open, but if the door lock isn't being operated or is faulty the machine would think the door was open and refuse to work. It could be a fault on the door lock, or the door isn't operating the latch mechanism properly, but it could be a more serious electrical problem. The only thing I can advise is to check this article and if no help get an engineer - washing machine won't start Need a repair or spare parts?
