dlumbard16
Hi, I am having trouble with my hoover oph 614 washing machine. I have searched every forum and every site I can find but the error codes do not seem to apply to my problem. The machine was running a 30 degree wash, the cycle we use most of the time, and crashed/paused full of water the other day. Three lights are flashing (Door Security, No Spin, and 3h). All forums say to count the flashes between the pause, but the lights flash once every 2 seconds.....no pause or changes in frequency!! I eventually drained the machine by the filter hole and after having it unplugged for some time managed to open the door to empty the load. Now when I turn the machine on the same lights flash and if I close the door it locks again but nothing else. If I turn the knob to OFF then the lights stop flashing. I have checked all the the pipes which are empty and clear from what I can see. The fill pipe is full of water but I haven't undone this yet to avoid excess water going everywhere. I have no idea what caused this issue and am desperate to get this fixed. The washing pile is growing fast. I would really appreciate any help of what I should do to try to fix this. Many thanks. Root Admin Whitegoodshelp (Andy) Posted March 30, 2015 Root Admin Report Share Posted March 30, 2015 Hello, light flashes are usually only relevant if there is a sequence of flashes followed by a pause, if option lights are lit up you need to report their number not their name (check my article out here - Washing machine lights flashing Need a repair or spare parts?
