andy1
Hello and thanks in advance to anyone that will help. I have an IGNIS washer that suddenly doesn't work anymore.I select a program, push ON but nothing happens, washer doesn't lock the door nor start...I can't find the model numberhttp://i.imgur.com/f3ZBLYr.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/P9YUA1s.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/LqbDpxY.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/YvFtjUB.jpgI checked1) socket with a lamp, working2) different programs, nothing worksIt was working perfectly before, no prior warning.I don't know if it is related but...Recently I plugged a lamp that had a faulty cable that caused the house "main switch for plugs" (I don't know the technical name) to go off. However all other appliances are working fine.As far as I know that switch works like a fuse... Root Admin Whitegoodshelp (Andy) Posted March 27, 2015 Root Admin Report Share Posted March 27, 2015 Model number looks like AWP011 If you have plugged a lamp in the same socket and the lamp works then it implies that the socket is okay. As a double check you could also try plugging the washing machine into a different socket.
