Help For Becko Wma 642 W

Hi, had this washing machine becko wma 642 w since 2011. Suddenly, it takes water but does not begin cycle. Have tried resetting it by holding start button for three seconds. It just does the same. It isn't blocked either. Please help.

What does it do if you put it on a short spin cycle? Try leaving it for 10 mins or so and let me know what it does. It could be that the motor just isn't running.

When put on spin it empties the machine and nothing else.
