sontafix
I got one for my Beko, an offical one has 2 pins for cables that are enclosed in plastic, this one lacked the plastic over the pins so the pins came off when I attached cable but just popped back in place and seemed a solid connection, I did notice a thin copper hair that wraps around the metal pins that came loose though, I wonder if thats for some sort of ground. Root Admin Whitegoodshelp (Andy) Posted February 16, 2015 Root Admin Report Share Posted February 16, 2015 Doesn't sound like it. Most UK washing machine pumps aren't earthed any more as they are totally plastic. Any pump that has a proper earth tag (usually because part of the pump is metal) must be earthed for safety but it should be an obvious earth tab connector. Need a repair or spare parts?
