Try downloading the proper instruction manual from this page instruction books and user manuals which should have the exact and proper instructions on how to turn it on or off. You may need some numbers from the machine to get the proper manual but instructions should be on the Bosch site if needed. If the instructions in the proper manual don't work it must need an engineer to find out why.
