Chilga23
Hello, I recently bought a new slim 7kg Candy front - loading washing machine with visual defects (it has scratches on one side). Besides the fact that the machine is very loud, ir works great and the clothes come out clean and fresh. But what cought my attention was the strange banging noise coming before the final spin. If I put my hand on the back panel I can feel the drum hitting. This happens only for ~ 30 seconds and during these seconds the drum rocks back and forth quite noticably (note that the machine itself does not bounce) and after that the final spin begins and the sound disappears. Is it possible that the hitting sound is due to the fact that machine tries to balance the clothes before the spin? If not, any suggestion? Cheers.
