paulwdouglas
Hi ..My washing machine has given up on me this morning so looking for some guidance please.Hotpoint ultima extra wma64.Been running for over 10 years without any trouble but last night it was making a bit of a squealing noise whilst the drum has turning (slowly, not spinning fast).Put a load in this morning and the drum will no longer turn.I put it through the test program and the fault code is E32 (motor cut out open circuit)Thanks in advance for any help. Root Admin Whitegoodshelp (Andy) Posted February 9, 2014 Root Admin Report Share Posted February 9, 2014 Sounds like the drum or motor may have seized up. Take off the belt to see which one it is.
