Root Admin Whitegoodshelp (Andy) Posted September 9, 2013 Root Admin Report Share Posted September 9, 2013 Sorry for the delay. Error 16 refers to a short circuit or insulation fault on the heater but error 14 is to do with not heating the water which could be caused by various connection faults, the heater, NTC (Thermostat) etc so if you fitted a new heater it's very unlikely to have gone faulty (although not impossible).
