Guest leylandrick
Hi all im looking for help on a problem. The washing machine goes through all the programmes, fills, empties etc. It makes all the noises it usually does when changing cycles, wash, rinse etc, but the drum isnt moving. I have looked at the belt, and its still as tight as ever. any suggestions thanks All Rick
gael33
Rick, it sounds like the motor is kaput, but the way to be sure is to remove the rear casing so that you can see the drum. Always unplug the machine before any procedure, then make sure you are safe and switch the machine on to a running cycle. If the motor is not running you have found your problem. You may need a experienced engineer or a new machine. Check all the prices before you commit yourself to any repairs, they can be costly. I hope that helps.
