ians3422
Hi, have inherited a Bosch Exxcel 1400 Express with the new house. It doesn't look very old and I tried it out when our Hotpoint machine broke down, but when the timer is about to end it always resets to a new time and starts counting down again - average wash takes about 2.5 to 3 hrs! Even then the clothes usually come out wet! Can the machine be easily/ cheap repaired to keep as a spare, or is it scrap metal??? Cheers, Ian
Root Admin Whitegoodshelp (Andy) Posted June 18, 2013 Root Admin Report Share Posted June 18, 2013 They can take a long time, and refuse to spin or only spin slow if they can't balance the load prior to spin. Could be struggling to heat the water or a problem with the main board. Need a repair or spare parts?
