Root Admin Whitegoodshelp (Andy) Posted June 14, 2013 Root Admin Report Share Posted June 14, 2013 The thermistor should have varying resistances depending on the temperature. They usually contain temperature sensitive crystals which change electrical resistance at different temperatures. Therefore they shouldn't be open circuit but it's possible to go faulty, maybe one of the wires inside is no longer making a connection. Need a repair or spare parts?
