mrsimbob
Hi can anyone help. The clothes are still warm after completing a wash cycle. The machine has a cold feed only and it is definately cold water going in. Any ideas what else to check?. Machine is about 4 years old. Thanks Dave
Root Admin Whitegoodshelp (Andy) Posted June 28, 2012 Root Admin Report Share Posted June 28, 2012 If it's definitely cold water running in then it's an unusual fault. mrsimbob
many thanks for the reply. Ive just rechecked and its definately cold running in. Ive just put the machine through a 90 deg wash and all seems ok. Washing was cold after cycle. Will try it back on a 40 deg wash tomorrow to see if it is related to that program. whitefish57
Not sure how to ask a question on this forum so tell me if I am wrong. My Bosch Classixx Express is at least 7 years old. It fills a bit and drains a bit but the drum is not turning but the belt must still be on because it feels the same when I spin it. Unclogged all pipes, tubes, etc. I hate to spend £70-100 on a repair person when I will have to buy a new one. Best advice please (Bosch are now £500 yipes or should I get one that costs £200?) Help please. Michele
Root Admin Whitegoodshelp (Andy) Posted June 17, 2013 Root Admin Report Share Posted June 17, 2013 You should start a new topic Michelle unless you post on a topic which is already discussing the same issue you have. I have an article on the subject of a washing machine where the drum isn't turning here http://www.whitegoodshelp.co.uk/washing-machine-not-spinning-drum-not-turning/ Need a repair or spare parts?
