I tried all the obvious turning on and off, checked filter and pipes but still wont work. the on off light comes on but the door wont lock and the cycle wont start, any suggestions??? thanks in advance

This article explains that this is an error code, but the names of the lights flashing aren't used to decipher - only the numbers of the lights (eg. Led 1 and 3 - or option lights 3 and 4)

That could be F10 error - "Pressure switch not sensing - check pressure switch and module"
It's a pretty general fault description not leaving much scope for non engineers to trace other than checking connections.
