Bosch Washer Broken - Can't Get Clothes Out!

Our Bosch Axxis washing machine is totally on the fritz. It went into a constant "cycle" drawing too much water and flooded the room two nights ago. We turned off the water supply and I was able to drain the unit. However, the door remains locked and it says 'Cannot Open Door - Water Level Too High'. (I can't see any water in the unit.) We unplugged it from the power source but the door is still locked. I'd really like to get my clothes out. Any advice?
