Hotpoint Wd51 Didn't Drain

Hi, new to the forum, after a bit of help if possible

I've got a hotpoint wd51 washer dryer and today after overloading it the machine didn't drain, i disconnected the pipe to the pump and all the water drained out, the pump is clear as is the waste pipe to the trap.

I tried to do another wash, but the drum didn't spin at full speed and again it didn't drain.

anyone help me with this
