How Do You Fit A New Belt?

I have matsui mwm145w the drum belt has come of, i can not see anyway of removing back panel i can see from under bottom the motor,but can not see how to replace belt.

This is a common problem with some (daft) designs. You have to do it from the top with the lid off (and machine unplugged of course). I've found some can be quite tricky. I used to use cable ties on some to hold the belt in place while I turn the drum pulley to feed the belt on.
