Odour From Washer

I have a Hotpoint Aquarius washing machine, approx 1 year old.There has recently been an unpleasant smell (stagnant water). I have cleaned the machine, including the filter, the drainage pipe appears to comply with the instructions, I have run a 95 degree programme, all to no avail.Can someone advise?

I know how you feel as I have the same problem and its driving me insane. Bicarbonate of soda has helped others but not me so you could give that a try. Also white vinigar into the empty machine and run it on the hottest cycle while empty. I hope this helps
