art120 Posted June 26, 2025 Posted June 26, 2025 Hi there, we have a relatively new machine that we bought in mid November last year. The washing machine started making constant strange noise during a cycle. The video is attached. We're not sure what could cause this? Would anyone have any pointers of what this is and how this can be fixed? Thanks in advance. 20250626_202702_1_1.mp4
Root Admin Whitegoodshelp Posted June 27, 2025 Root Admin Posted June 27, 2025 Hi. The video was too short to get any idea. Also, it should still be under 12 month guarantee? art120 Posted June 27, 2025 Author Posted June 27, 2025 Sorry, my bad. Here's a longer video: https://youtube.com/shorts/W0Lu6KQzvSk?si=FmGwSIXLsME4tEHz. The cycle is set without any bubble soak or intense wash. The sound is only during the washing cycle, by the looks of it. The machine is under warranty indeed. We just wanted to know if it's something to be concerned about as this sound hadn't been there before.
Root Admin Whitegoodshelp Posted June 27, 2025 Root Admin Posted June 27, 2025 Hi. Is it the noise when the drum stops turning? That sounds like a circulation pump that runs on wash to sprinkle water from the top of the drum. Need a repair or spare parts?
