BOSCH WDU28560GB fan running??

Hi,

We have a Bosch WDU28560GB washer/dryer and I noticed that it wasn't drying very well and what I assume to be the fan constantly runs for hours post drying cycle.

The same thing happens if on a hot wash, there sounds like there is a motor running. But the door opens. 

 

It doesn't happen on a 15/20 min 40 degrees wash. 

 

Any ideas what the issue could be? 

I did the usual of checking for blockages in the drainage pipe etc. no issue there.

That could be the water pump in the base. If it runs after cycle finished it can indicate a leak is detected. If it is definitely the dryer motor though I'm not so sure why that would be.
