Samsung combi dryer/washer motor ( EC2) code.

Hello! 
I have a combi washer WD90N643OAW from Samsung thats giving me a headache! 

Started with the first time the issue came, i bought a new PCB board and boom it started spinning again.. That lasted for about 3 weeks, then a motor error code came, bought a motor, swapped it but no dice. Still won´t start spinning.  

entered service mode and checked, EC2 code came in really quick. 

Took out both boards, Main bord flashing , but pcb board flashes green faster, so i guess something is wrong somewhere. But weird if the new board got killed within 3 weeks of running normal. 

I have taken out both boards, even swapped PCB back to the old one just to check. 

any ideas?

EDIT: 

I just cross connected both ( actually all three) motors, they are all confirmed as working. So has to be a rele or the board it self.
