New indesit washing machine not taking fabric conditioner.

Hi, not sure if I'm just being thick.

Purchased a new indesit washing machine a few days ago, I've tried a number of different wash cycles but the machine never takes the fabric conditioner.

 

Is there a plug to remove or something. Really odd ?

Not that I’ve ever heard of. It’s unusual to have a fault from the off. If it doesn’t take any out on cottons 40 degree wash and everything else works ok, it must have a fault.
