Hi. We’ve had two. But I think we would probably buy a normal one next time. My wife hates them because they take so long to dry. The point of them is that they hardly use any electricity - but with the consequence of taking twice as long. 
 

They can take  over 4 hours to dry towels. Having said that, ours is in a cold garage which isn’t ideal as they don’t work effectively in cold area. 
 

I would say if cost is highly important then consider one but if they are a few hundred pounds more expensive to buy it’s going to take years to start saving money although these days it’s a lot quicker to recoup money due to the high cost of electricity.
