Zanussi ZW171201 stuck on 1 minute

Our Zanussi Integrated machine will not complete the washing cycle it wont go past 1 minute remaining

I have cleared debris from the pump but this didn't clear the problem 

Wondered if anyone knew what might be causing the issue

This is the type of fault that has no rational explanation. If you put it on a 60° wash cycle, can you confirm that it is heating up the water? Try checking the glass after about 20–25 minutes.
