Bosch Serie 6 Not locking

Bosch Washer Serie 6 

The machine is not locking, when I closed the door I can hear just a click sound. I bought a new lock mechanism from Bosh, fitted it and still having the same issue. Any ideas suggestions/ideas/solutions? Thanks in advance for the help!

Hello Victor. If the door closes properly, and there is nothing wrong with the latch on the door mechanism, and you have replaced the door lock, then the implication is that there is some electronic problem with the PCB. Unfortunately, I cannot advise speculatively replacing such an expensive part as there is no guarantee it would fix the issue. You've already experienced the disappointment and wasted time and expense of fitting a new part in the hope that it will fix the problem, and you would not want to compound your problems by buying an expensive PCB.

It could be a fault on a relay, all some diode or resistor, or even a connection issue. I would recommend that you need an engineer.
