Siemens IQ700 Washing Machine + E36 + -25

Hi,

I have a 6 month old Siemens  IQ700 washing machine that gave up today, issue is its not draining the water in the end and giving E:36 with -25.

I did drain the water out, cleaned the filter and also the rear exit water filter and still same error.

Any idea?

Hi. You need to work out if the pump is running or not. If it isn’t that’s one set of possible faults, but if it is then there’s likely to be a blockage somewhere. This article explains in more detail washing machine not draining water
