Fabric Conditioner

Hello Hive Mind,

 

New to the site, but sure if this site is still active.

 

I have a query ref my Beko washing machine, it's not taking in the fabric conditioner

 

The filter has been checked and is clear of debris.

We have tried doing a 90° wash

We have also checked the tray compartment and all looks good. It was cleaned, just to be sure. But can not see anything that would prevent the conditioner being siphoned.

 

Anyone able to help with what maybe causing this issue.
