Hover programme problem

Hover DYN 9154 DBX When I select a programme the time and temp jumps randomly, I can press time to change say 30 to 45 if I then try and change temp the time will randomly jump to different settings as does the temp, we’ve lived with this problem for a number of years but it’s now getting worse

im quite competent at diy etc any help appreciated, I’m guessing it could be the programming board or even a loose wire
