Hi

We've had a Miele Paragon Plus for around seven months and are getting a black mould growth on the bottom of the door seal - what is the best way to remove this please and prevent it coming back? Also, is it best for the machine to have the door closed or open when not in use? - the instructions advise having it closed to prevent objects being inadvertently put in the machine.
