Samsung Top Load Washing Machine Spin issue

Hi 

My samsung wa65f5surw/sa  top loader has stopped spinning. No error codes, the wash cycle goes as normal but when complete the closes are sopping wet? I have c;leaned the internal filer, was pretty clogged up but still not spinning when i tried after cleaning. When a cycle has finished i disconnected the drain hose from the base of the machine and water flowed out, not loads so the machine is managing to drain some of the water, same also when removing the rear filter.

 

Any suggestions what else i can try -please?
