Electrolux Front-Load washer machine vibration

Hi, 

I bought the 5.1 model few months ago, actually it was vibration since installed when spin. 

I guess the 4 foot screw may need adjust to balance it? but I can feel the all corners solid on floor. what else can I do ?

Has the transit packaging definitely all been removed? If not the suspension will be seized up and the washer will bounce around on spin. Alternatively if it's on a tiled floor it will likely move around on spin too. May need to stand it on something rubber or rubber feet cups.
