Old Fella
Hi, I've just bought a Bosch WDU28560GB Washer Dryer and need help and advice on what wash program, settings, laundry liquid and quantities are best for maintaining soft bath towels. I live in Oxfordshire, where the water is pretty "hard" I am my wife's carer and she hates the way the towels are now, very hard and coarse. Having purchased replacement towels, I don't want to repeat my past mistakes so any tips would be most welcome. Thank you
Root Admin Whitegoodshelp (Andy) Posted May 20, 2021 Root Admin Report Share Posted May 20, 2021 Hi old fella. Sorry about the delay in replying. We found that the only way to get nice soft towels is to dry them, at least partially in a tumble dryer. They come out lovely and soft. If you hang them out to dry on the line they can get very rough, especially if they are left out too long get over dry. Obviously using fabric softener should help too. Need a repair or spare parts?
