A difficult one that Christine. I would imagine that about 12 minutes from the end of a drying cycle is when the heating elements should stop working and the dryer should continue for the last 12 minutes in a cooldown period. It seems that it is this cooldown. That is sticking. It sounds like a fault on the part that controls the programme timer for the dryer side.
