Bosch avantixx washer dryer freezing

Hi lads, 

I've a bosch advantixx washer dryer that is freezing only when drying. It happens after the drain pump runs during the cycle. I thought it might be the pump which I've replaced but no joy. It happens more often than not but works occasionally. Any ideas?
