I have tried all suggestions but cannot clear the screen. A few days ago this machine blew the power on a spin cycle and when the power was restored the display now permanently shows all lights illuminated and no sequence will clear it. Any ideas ?

It sounds like something could have been damaged on the PCB or display panel, plus you’d need to get why it blew investigated.
