Greenman Posted October 4, 2020 Posted October 4, 2020 (edited) This fault displays after pump running for a while. I’ve literally checked and cleaned everything in the drainage system but still get the same message. Any help appreciated to save my sanity. Pump appears to be running fine. Can hear clicking noises inside soap dispenser area but this maybe normal. Edited October 4, 2020 by Greenman More information
Root Admin Whitegoodshelp Posted October 5, 2020 Root Admin Posted October 5, 2020 If you are getting a drain error but the washing machine is draining the water out OK then it's likely to be a problem with the pressure system not detecting that the water has drained away OK. Try this article and try to read the "how washing machine controls water levels" and "how to clear a pressure system blockage" which are linked to inside the article - Faults on Pressure System Need a repair or spare parts? Greenman Posted October 7, 2020 Author Posted October 7, 2020 Just an update to say this fault has been sorted thanks to Andy’s great advice. It was an almost complete blockage in the pressure chamber at the bottom of the drum. This caused so many faults with indicator lights showing check drainage, check inlet etc. Thanks again Andy.
