Hi there

ive read the troubleshooting questions and can’t find an answer.

I moved the machine from my mums garage to my house in the back of my car and have plumbed it in. It works on all cycles but I can’t open the door? Even when the door lock light goes off?

any ideas please?

If it was ok before I can only guess maybe the door for sprained during transit. Try operating the door and gently prizing it open with something
