Haier HW-C1070TVE broke

My Haier washing machine didn't work After pausing it twice. The first Time it worked no problem but the second Time it didn't work and it showed the error code ERR1(Which is code for the door is not Locked) i checker the door and tried again and again but in vain.

Please help me because i think it has nothing to do with the door.

Hi. If the error means the door is not locked it's likely that the door lock is faulty or there's something wrong with the door catch where it fits inside the door lock to operate it or maybe the door seal has partially come away from the rim preventing the door from closing properly.
