Transport bold issue:

Transport bolts of my Bosch WAT28400UC game out fine, however, the one of the plastic sleeve that also need to be removed broke off and the barrel shaped part remained in the machine. I could hear id drop inside, from the top left (while looking at the rear of the machine. I did try the washer and it seems to work flawlessly....however, what are the risks of leaving the piece of plastic in the case of the machine?

I would think it should be fine. It’ll have just dropped inside the base of the machine. But if you wanted to retrieve it you should be able to easily see it with the back panel removed.
