Beko Not spinning, only by hand

I have a beko washer/dryer. It fills, drains and spins by hand however when It tries to spin it’s like it gets stuck and it rocks and then doesn’t spin. I’ve tried everything by hand and checked the belt and everything looks okay. 
 

any other suggestions to get it to spin again?

Could be a problem with the electronics on a PCB or even a poor connection somewhere or the motor. It’s not really something for diy.

Sounds very much like the dryer capacitor to me. Have had these exact symptoms on numerous dryers (not washer dryers though) and a replacement capacitor fixed it every time.
