Hi guys,

I recently realised that after every washing cycle at 60*c, the clothes are very warm and steamy.

I read some articles saying that the machine machine could be connected to the hot water lines, but it seems like its connected to cold one.

Also, when I turn the cycle only for rinsing, the water is cold..  I'm so confused. What could be the reason for it?

Make sure it’s completing all the rinses on that cycle and not aborting after the wash cycle. There should be about 4. Also make sure the water is being pumped away ok. If all the rinses are very soapy maybe the pump isn’t pumping the hot soapy water away properly.
