Hello every body

I am using the model wte 7512 bss. It stopped executing all programs except "Rinse". I cleaned the water inlet and the outlet filter, but the problem persists. Can any one help? Thanks in advance.

Sorry I missed this. Is it sorted now? When you say it stopped executing all programs does that mean it doesn't work on spin? What does it do when you put it on wash?

Thanks Andy. It executes only rinse and spin. When I put it in another program the machine starts to input water for just few seconds, then abruptly it stops this and starts to discard water for another few seconds and then a harsh sound is heard and the machine stops working with the wash indicator blinking.

When a washing  machine starts it usually puts cold water in from the rinse valve and pumps it away, then after several seconds it energises the main fill valve. If the main fill valve is not working it may exhibit these symptoms and would work OK on rinse and spin. Try putting it on a wash and when it stops, add water into the soap dispenser drawer until the level gets to at least just below the bottom of the door glass to see if it starts washing once water is inside.
