Hi

 

My BEKO WIY75545, runs a cycle until about 2 mins in where it stays stuck and the water wont drain either....The spin light also comes on???

 

We have cleaned the filter and the pipes and also checked no other kinks etc in pipe...to no avail still not working......is it fixable or is it a new washer?

 

Any help much appreciated

Hello Jenny. When you see two minutes in it gets stuck do you mean that it fills up with water and then just stops and goes completely silent? Or does it not actually fill up with water?
