error L:AC

Hi there our Kenwood, displays and error L:AC about 10 sec after you activate the program. We've had some issues with our electricity, but I can't find any where what this code means. L:AC and it is flashing. Are you able to shed some light on this one.

Sorry I don't have any Kenwood error codes. As far as I know Kenwood don't actually make washing machines they are what's known as "badged" appliances. They get an actual manufacturer to make them for them and put the Kenwood name on. If we knew who actually currently makes them then the error codes for that manufacturer might help. Have you tried it in a totally different wall socket just in case it's a fault at the socket?
