Running water sound

Hi, can anyone tell me what the running water sound behind my 7 months year old washing machine could be. No water, just the sound. Bosch unwilling to come out! Thanks

If it also seems to spend a lot of time filling with water it could be siphoning down the drain. Check this article,which describes siphoning about halfway through - Washing machine filling but losing water at same time
