Hoover link beeps twice, flashes time and stops mid cycle.

Hi there!

I bought a new Hoover link one touch two weeks ago. Every now and then it will beep a couple of times and then the time remaining flashes. It stops spinning and 2 mins later the door unlocks.

 

I can press the start button again and it will carry on washing 

 

No error codes and I've searched everywhere for beep codes but can't find any references to beeping online or in the manual.

I wonder if it could be anything to do with the wash load being out of balance. Does it tend to happen with certain loads in, such as when only a few items or in, or when sheets or towels are in?
