Aeg L14800 washer dryer - how to get to the motor to check carbon brushes

I would like to check the carbon brushes but having removed the top and looked at the machine the housing seems to be in two parts with no easy access to the motor.  Can you advise how to remove the back part of the housing on this machine so that I can access the motor?

It looks like you have one of the washing machines that has to have the main cabinet taken off to get to anything. Very awkward design. Probably more trouble than it's worth to try and look yourself if you can't just take off a back panel for access.
