Filter blocked

Bosch washing machine.

I am trying to clear my Washing machine filter. But when taking off the stopper on the emergency hose no water draining out. How do I unblock this hose please? 

I then had to unscrew the filter which then released loads of water all over the floor.

Hello. It sounds like the pump filter is blocked up. You need to take it fully out but if the washer is full of water and you can't drain it out using the emergency draining hose (which is blocked) you need this article How to drain washing machine. It's long, but it describes every conceivable way to get the water out of a washing machine.
