The emergency drain hose has gone inside washing machine and I cannot get it out . I pushed it back after cleaning and end bung came off and pipe disappeared. It is a Samsung eco bubble

Hello Ruth. This seems to be a fairly common problem as there are several other topics the same issue. You probably need to remove the plastic kick strip that surrounds the pump filter at the bottom of the machine. This usually is clipped in and can often be carefully prised out.
